Return & Refund Policy

At Bold Tech Gadgets, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition
• Proof of purchase (order ID) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items damaged due to customer mishandling
• Opened or used electronics
• Clearance or final sale products
• There must be a valid reason for returning the product. These Reasons will not be accepted for return (Don’t Like the product, Product Is costly and Don’t Want the Product)

Refunds:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
